Laura Childs: I have a PASSION for good food! My headline should be: “will travel for food”. Of course it’s always more fun to enjoy it with someone you love, after all, food Is something that connects us all. I love the process of starting with a few raw ingredients and ending with a great tasting dish. Pair that with a glass of wine or beer and I’m all set! Using fresh, local ingredients where the food speaks for itself is important. NO thank you to heavy masked tastes. I like vibrant, savory, and fresh! Oh did I mention that I’m a dessert first kinda girl? Part of living is tasting so we may as well eat well and enjoy the ride!
